Articles from Tabularia are presented to the reader in two distinct formats.
The more appropriate way of quoting Tabularia is quoting the PDF version. The form (typography, page numbering) of this version remains stable regardless of software used; it allows for precise referencing of the article or part of the article. All the necessary elements are given at the bottom of the first page of the separate copies which each PDF file constitutes. The reference appears then in the following way :
Mathieu ARNOUX, « Disparition ou conservation des sources et abandon de l'acte écrit : quelques observations sur les actes de Jumièges »,
Tabularia « Études »
, n° 1, 2001, p. 1-10 (22 octobre 2001).
It is also possible to quote the Internet address where the file can be downloaded under PDF format :
The HTML format offers easy and rapid access to the file on the screen, but when printed out, the page numbering changes from one computer to another. The HTML version quoted as follows :
Mathieu ARNOUX, « Disparition ou conservation des sources et abandon de l'acte écrit : quelques observations sur les actes de Jumièges »,
Tabularia ; [http://www.unicaen.fr/mrsh/crahm/revue/tabularia/arnoux.html]
only allows for a reference to the whole article (without any page number indication)
The Tabularia articles, which were put online as new research or new debates emerged, make up two annual virtual volumes under PDF format ñ one devoted to Studies, and the other devoted to Documents with pages numbered from 1 to N, following the order in which articles were put online, between January 1st and December 31st of the current year.
